Summary
This clinical trial is testing a treatment called xaluritamig in people with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
The main aim of the study is to find out how safe xaluritamig is when given at the planned dose and schedule.
Participants in the study will receive xaluritamig and continue treatment for as long as it is helping their cancer and side effects remain manageable. Treatment will stop if the cancer gets worse, if side effects become unacceptable, or if the participant chooses to leave the study.
