Summary
This study is testing a new drug called INR731 for people with metastatic prostate cancer. The main aim is to find a safe dose, understand how the drug works in the body, and see if it can help control the cancer.
Who may be able to take part?
The trial is for adults with metastatic prostate cancer that is no longer responding to hormone therapy (castration‑resistant).
Some parts of the study may also include people who are starting treatment for metastatic castration‑resistant prostate cancer. Participants need to continue standard hormone treatment (androgen deprivation therapy), such as ongoing injections or previous surgery to lower testosterone levels.
What will happen in the study?
The study has three groups who will receive different treatments:
- Arm A: INR731 alone
- Arm B: INR731 with enzalutamide
- Arm C: INR731 with abiraterone
Each group starts with a phase where different dose levels are tested in small groups of participants to find a safe dose of INR731. After this, Arms A and B may continue into a dose expansion phase to learn more about the treatment's safety and effectiveness.
