Summary
This study is comparing how safe and effective a new medicine called AZD0120 is compared to standard treatments in people with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
AZD0120 is a type of CAR T-cell therapy, which is a personalised treatment made from a patient's own immune cells.
Eligible participants will be randomly allocated (by chance) to one of two treatment groups:
- Arm A: participants will receive AZD0120 CAR-T cells
- Arm B: participants will receive one of the following four standard treatments as chosen by the Investigator:
- DKd - daratumumab, carfilzomib, and dexamethasone
- DPd - daratumumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone
- PVd - pomalidomide, bortezomib and dexamethasone
- Kd - carfilzomib and dexamethasone
