Summary
This study will evaluate how safe and effective the combination of inavolisib targeted therapy and enzalutamide hormone therapy is, compared with physician's choice of an alternative targeted hormone therapy (androgen receptor pathway inhibitor, or ARPi) or chemotherapy.
You may be eligible for this study if you have metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and have received one prior second-generation APRi treatment.
Eligible participants will be randomly allocated (by chance) to one of two treatment arms.

Arm 2: Participants will receive either ARPi switch (oral enzalutamide or oral abiraterone) or intravenous docetaxel chemotherapy.
