Summary
The purpose of this study is to find out how safe the study drug BG-75202 is, how well people tolerate it, and how it works in the body. Researchers will also look at whether it may help slow down or shrink cancer.
BG-75202 will be tested on its own and together with other treatments in people with breast cancer and other advanced cancers. BG-75202 is a targeted drug that inhibits KAT6A/B.
The study has multiple parts, each with specific eligibility criteria.
Part 1A
People with advanced breast cancer or other solid cancers that have spread, who have already tried all available standard treatments, were unable to tolerate them, or do not have any standard treatment options left.
Part 1B and 2A
People with advanced breast cancer who have already received 1-3 previous treatments for cancer that has spread. This can include up to 2 chemotherapy treatments.
Parts 2B and 2C
People with advanced breast cancer in regions where a common treatment called CDK4/6 inhibitors is not approved or available as a first treatment. Participants must not have received a CDK4/6 inhibitor before, and must not have had any prior treatment for advanced (metastatic) cancer.
