Summary

This study is testing how well and how safely a targeted medicine called firmonertinib works compared with other standard, targeted treatments.

You may be eligible for this study if you have locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has a specific EGFR PACC mutation, and have not received any previous systemic treatment for advanced disease. Prior neo-adjuvant and/or adjuvant treatment for an earlier stage is permitted - speak with your doctor for more details.

People in this study will be randomly assigned (by chance) to receive either:

• Firmonertinib, or
• The investigator's choice of either Osimertinib or Afatinib.

All participants will take their assigned medication as a daily tablet, and the study team will closely monitor how well the treatment works and any side effects.
