Summary
This study is looking at a new treatment called PF-08046054 for people with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It aims to find out if this new treatment works as well as, or better than, the standard chemotherapy drug docetaxel.
Who can take part?
You may be able to join this study if:
- you have NSCLC with a protein called PD-L1 (at least 1%)
- your cancer has spread, or cannot be removed with surgery or treated with curative radiation
- your cancer has gotten worse after previous treatments, including:
- immunotherapy (PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors)
- platinum-based chemotherapy
- targeted therapy (if your cancer has certain gene changes)
What does taking part involve?
Participants will be randomly assigned (by chance) to one of two groups:
- PF-08046054 group: treatment is given twice every 21 days via IV
- Docetaxel group: treatment is given once every 21 days via IV
Participants will have regular clinic visits so the study team can monitor their health and how the treatment is working.
Participants may stay in the study for up to 5 years, as long as their cancer is responding to treatment and they are tolerating.
