Summary
AZD4512 is an antibody-drug conjugate that binds to the CD22 protein on cancer cells and delivers targeted treatment to destroy these cells.
The study has two parts: Module 1 - Dose Escalation and Module 2 - Dose Optimisation.
Module 1 will evaluate escalating doses of AZD4512 as monotherapy (by itself) to determine the maximum tolerated dose(s) to be further evaluated in Module 2. AZD4512 is given as an intravenous (IV) infusion. This part will enrol people with relapsed or refractory Philadelphia chromosome positive (Ph+) and negative (Ph-) B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (B-ALL).
Module 2 will allocate people with relapsed or refractory Ph- B-ALL randomly (by chance) to receive 2-3 dose levels of AZD4512 identified in Module 1 for further exploration of its efficacy and safety.
