Clinical summary
Summary
This study aims to understand the efficacy of various drugs when given in combination with others.
Eligible participants will be randomized into to three treatment arms.
Participants in the first arm will receive a combination of Trastuzumab deruxtecan and Rilvegostomig administered intravenously.
Participants in the second arm will receive a combination of Trastuzumab deruxtecan and immunotherapy drug (Pembrolizumab) administered intravenously.
Participants in the third arm will receive a combination of immunotherapy (Pembrolizumab) and chemotherapy (Carboplatin, paclitaxel) administered intravenously.

This trial is treating people with primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer
Eligibility
Inclusion
Participants must be ≥ 18 years of age at the time of screening. Other age restrictions may apply as per local regulations.
Inclusion
- You have had treatment, but your cancer has come back (relapsed or recurrent).
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) or has grown into nearby parts of the body (locally advanced).
Exclusion
- You have certain types of non-cancer medical conditions.
- You have had certain treatments, surgical procedures or drugs.
