Summary
This is a phase 3 trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of BGB-16673 targeted therapy when compared with pirtobrutinib targeted therapy in people with relapsed or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who had been previously treated with a covalent Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitor (cBTKi).
Eligible participants will be randomly allocated into one of 2 treatment arms. One arm will receive BGB-16673 orally while the other arm receives Pirtobrutinib (Jaypirca) orally.
To be eligible you must not have known prolymphocytic leukaemia or history of, or currently suspected, Richter's transformation.
