Summary
This study is testing a new investigational treatment called 177Lu-RAD202 in people with advanced solid cancers that have HER2 on the surface of the cancer cells. This includes cancers with higher levels of HER2 (HER2-positive) as well as cancers with lower levels of HER2 (HER2-low). HER2 is a protein that can be found on some types of cancer.

Who may be eligible to take part?
People may be able to participate if they:
- have an advanced HER2-positive or HER2-low solid tumour
- have cancer that is locally advanced or has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic)
- have previously received treatment for their cancer, and it has stopped working, they could not tolerate it, or no suitable standard treatment options remain
- meet the study's other health and eligibility requirements
What does participation involve?
Screening:
- Before joining the trial, participants will undergo screening tests over a period of up to 4 weeks to check whether the study is suitable for them.
Imaging Phase:
- Participants will receive a low imaging dose of 177Lu-RAD202.
- Special scans will be performed over the following 2 weeks to see:
- whether the treatment reaches the cancer
- how it moves through the body
- how much radiation is delivered to organs and tumours
- whether it causes any side effects
- The imaging dose may be adjusted for later participants if better scan quality is needed
Treatment Phase:
- Participants will then receive treatment doses of 177Lu-RAD202
- Each treatment cycle lasts 6 weeks
- Different dose levels will be tested to identify the most suitable dose for future studies
- Participants may receive more than one treatment cycle if they are benefiting from treatment and it remains safe for them to continue
