Summary
The main goal of this trial is to study the frequency and severity of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) in people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who are using a combination of glofitamab + gemcitabine + oxaliplatin (called Glofit-GemOx) followed by glofitamab-only treatment.
All participants in this study will receive pre-treatment with obinutuzumab targeted therapy.
7 days later, participants will receive glofitamab targeted therapy in combination with gemcitabine and oxaliplatin chemotherapy for up to 8 cycles. This will be followed by further treatment with glofitamab alone.
