Summary
Solid tumours are abnormal lumps of tissue that can occur in different parts of the body. The tumours involved in this study have specific genetic characteristics that can make them more aggressive and challening to treat. These are Mismatch Repair-deficient (dMMR) or Microsatellite Instability-High (MSI-H) solid tumours.
This study will test whether an oral targeted therapy called GSK4418959 when given alone or in combination with a PD-1 inhibitor (immunotherapy) can decrease tumour size, is safe, well-tolerated, and how amounts of the drug decrease in the body over time.
The study has three parts.
In Part 1 (Dose Escalation), participants will receive GSK4418959 by itself (monotherapy).
In Part 2 (Dose Expanion - Monotherapy), participants will receive GSK4418959 as monotherapy.
In Part 3 (Dose Escalation - Combination), participants will receive GSK4418959 plus a PD-1 inhibitor.
