Summary

This study has two arms.

In Phase 1 Arm A, participants will receive protocol-defined dose(s) of GDC-7035.

In Phase 1 Arm B, participants will receive protocol-defined dose(s) of GDC-7035 in combination with other anti-cancer therapies.

Eligibility

Inclusion

  • Histologically documented advanced or metastatic solid tumor with KRAS G12D mutation
  • Agreement to adhere to the contraception requirements described in the protocol for participants of childbearing potential and participants who produce sperm

Exclusion

  • Malabsorption or other condition that would interfere with enteral absorption
  • Active brain metastases
  • Clinically significant cardiovascular dysfunction or liver disease

Inclusion

  • Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) or has grown into nearby parts of the body (locally advanced).
  • Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body, but it is not possible to perform surgery to remove it.

Exclusion

  • You have certain types of non-cancer medical conditions.
