Summary
This study is testing a new treatment called FOG-001 in people with advanced cancers that have spread. The study will look at how safe the treatment is, how well people tolerate it, how it works in the body, and whether it may help control the cancer.
Researchers are focused on cancers that have changes in a specific pathway (called the Wnt pathway, or WPAM) that can help cancer grow. This includes:
- bowel cancer (colorectal cancer)
- liver cancer (hepatocellular cancer)
- desmoid tumours
- castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC)
Other solid cancers that are likely or known to have WPAM may also be eligible. Speak to your doctor about whether your cancer and prior treatment history suit the eligibility criteria.
FOG-001 may be given on its own or together with other cancer treatments.
Participants will receive the treatment as an injection under the skin, and different dose levels will be tested to find the best dose for future studies.
Other treatments that may be given with FOG-001 include nivolumab, trifluridine/tipiracil, bevacizumab, and mFOLFOX6.
