Study details
This study will be conducted in phases.
In the first part, researchers will test different doses of TAS0953/HM06 to identify the highest dose that can be given safely and to determine the dose that will be used in later study stages (called the recommended Phase 2 dose).
In Phase 2, the recommended dose will be studied further in three different groups of participants.
In both parts of the study, TAS0953/HM06 will be given as a tablet taken by mouth twice a day.
