Summary
Eligible patients will be randomised 2:1 to orally self-administer blinded treatment: either Momelotinib plus placebo, OR Danazol plus placebo.
Conditions
This trial is treating people with myelofibrosis
Eligibility
Inclusion
- You are able to swallow medication by mouth.
Exclusion
- You have been diagnosed with a prior or secondary type of cancer.
- You have certain types of non-cancer medical conditions.
- You have had certain treatments, surgical procedures or drugs.
- You are currently being treated on a clinical trial.
