This phase I/II trial is testing a new intravenous drug (THOR-707) as a monotherapy (alone) and in combination with an immunotherapy in adult patients with advanced cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
 

This trial is treating patients with advanced solid cancers (excluding some blood cancers).

This is a systemic therapy trial.

You may be able to join this trial if:

  • Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body.

You may be excluded from this trial if:

  • You have a certain disease or psychological condition.
  • You have been diagnosed with a prior or secondary type of cancer.

Summary

This is a non-randomised dose escalation and expansion trial of THOR-707, in which eligible patients will be assigned to one of three treating Arms. In Arm 1 - THOR-707 will be administered intravenously every three weeks, as a monotherapy, until unacceptable toxicity, disease progression or withdrawal of consent. In Arm 2, THOR-707 will be administered in line with Arm 1, but every 3 weeks until unacceptable toxicity, disease progression or withdrawal of consent. In Arm 3, THOR-707 will be be administered intravenously in combination with a checkpoint inhibitor every 3 weeks until unacceptable toxicity, disease progression or withdrawal of consent.
